Hokum Khan Sidiqi is a distinguished legal professional and graduate of the Judiciary and Prosecution Department of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Kabul University. He has more than thirteen years of professional experience in various investigative and judicial prosecution departments of the Attorney General’s Office of Afghanistan, where he developed extensive expertise in criminal investigations, judicial case review, prosecution, and the implementation of applicable laws and legal procedures.
Throughout his professional career, Mr. Sidiqi has gained substantial practical experience in the investigation of criminal cases, examination and assessment of judicial files, judicial follow-up, prosecution, and application of the laws in force in Afghanistan. His extensive experience within the justice and prosecution system has provided him with a strong understanding of legal procedures and judicial processes.
Mr. Sidiqi is also a graduate of the Legal Training Center of Kabul University and has further enhanced his professional knowledge and skills through various advanced legal training programs and specialized courses.
In addition, he holds an official license to practice as a defense attorney and has professional experience in legal representation, legal consultation, defense of clients’ rights and interests, and follow-up of legal and judicial matters.
