WALEED RASOOLI

My name is Waleed Rasooli, born in 1999 and originally from Wardak, Afghanistan. I studied Economics at Kabul University and have built my career in finance and financial management.

I began my professional journey in 2017 as a Finance Officer at a commercial bank, where I gained valuable experience in financial operations and developed strong knowledge of Afghanistan’s taxation regulations. From 2021 to 2024, I worked at the Ministry of Finance as an External Transit Manager, gaining further experience in management, responsibility, and public-sector finance.

Currently, I work as a Finance Manager at DTC Company, where I continue to develop my expertise in financial management.

I consider myself responsible, hardworking, calm, and committed to continuous learning. I also value punctuality and always strive to be an on-time and reliable person.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading and traveling by car. Looking ahead, one of my biggest goals is to build my own business and create something of my own.
